1. How many rooms does the property have?

Willow Manor features 10 rooms spread across three levels, offering a blend of comfort, and privacy for both intimate stays and larger gatherings.
 

2. What is the maximum occupancy?

  • Ground Floor: Up to 13 guests

  • First Floor: Up to 12 guests

  • Second Floor: Up to 6 guests

Each floor is designed to accommodate groups comfortably while maintaining a sense of space and privacy.


3. Can we book fewer than 10 rooms?

Certainly. Guests are welcome to book individual rooms or multiple rooms based on their needs. The entire villa can also be reserved for those seeking complete exclusivity.


4. What is the floor plan and what are the sleeping arrangements?

Ground Floor:

  • A spacious living room

  • A fully equipped kitchen

  • 3 Bedrooms with king-size beds

  • 1 Family Suite featuring:

    • 1 king-size bed

    • 1 twin bed

    • A comfortable three-seater sofa

First Floor:

  • 4 bedrooms with king-size beds

  • A spacious living room

  • A fully equipped kitchen

Second Floor:

  • 2 bedrooms with king-size beds

  • A cozy living room


5. Do all rooms have attached bathrooms?

Yes, each room is equipped with a private attached washroom with hot water, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided.


6. Is there a kitchen available?

Yes, guests have access to fully equipped kitchens for self-cooking.

  • When the entire ground floor is reserved, the kitchen and living room on that floor are exclusively yours

  • Similarly, booking the entire first floor grants you private access to its kitchen and living room


7. Do you provide meals?

Our in-house cook is available to prepare fresh, homestyle meals on request—simple, comforting, and tailored to your preferences.

8. Is housekeeping included?

Yes, daily housekeeping is provided to ensure your rooms and common areas remain clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout your stay.


9. Are there any shared spaces?

If the villa is not booked in its entirety, certain outdoor areas remain shared such as the front lawn and the parking. These spaces may be used by other guests staying at the villa.

10. Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at Willow Manor. Please let us know in advance if you’re traveling with one.


10. How far is the Dal Lake and other attractions?

Dal Lake is approximately 3 km away. Mughal Gardens and other key attractions are a short drive away.
